Returning patients will get another appointment during their last visit. In any situation that appointment was not made or the patient is wishing to change her/his appointment, they can call our phone number 7745306955 to make an appointment.
Patients will get medication refill on the day of their appointment. They can also make request for medication refill on our website by clicking on MEDICATION REQUEST and filling the required information. They can also leave us a message on our phone line stating their full name, date of birth, and the medication requested.
